Located adjacent to Chartwell’s existing Carrington Place seniors’ complex in Vernon, Hallmark is an upcoming 146-unit, 8-storey senior living residence that will expand the existing campus with modern new facilities and greater capacity. Currently zoned MSH, this project will make strides in helping to meet the growing need for quality seniors housing in the North Okanagan. By building alongside an established seniors’ residence, the project will strengthen the continuum of care available to this underserved population while creating more housing options for the area.
Troika is set to begin construction in summer 2026.
