For the uninitiated, our name says it all: the term ‘troika’ refers to a group of three horses harnessed in tandem, matching each others’ pace and driving towards a destination they’ll reach as one.

Construction
Director of Construction
Kelowna, BC
Working in close partnership with the Vice President of Construction, the Director translates Troika’s construction strategy into consistent execution across the portfolio, leading Project Management, Construction Administration, Site Operations, Safety, Quality Assurance and Pre-Construction.
Site Superintendent
Kelowna, BC
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Superintendent leads construction activities on assigned projects within the established design, budget and schedule.
Assistant Site Superintendent
Kelowna, BC
Reporting to the Site Superintendent, this role hires, trains and mentors field staff, oversees quality control and daily documentation, and helps keep sites safe, organized and on schedule.
Safety Coordinator
Kelowna, BC
Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Safety Coordinator implements and maintains our safety program, conducts routine site inspections and trains construction teams.
