Project Manager
Troika Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multifamily and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through turnover and closeout. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, trade coordination, cost control, risk management, quality and stakeholder communication. Working closely with Superintendents, Pre-Construction, Development, Finance, consultants, trades and clients, this role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to Troika’s quality standards.
