Who we are
Founded in 1999 by Renee Merrifield, Troika operates from a simple belief: why and how we build matters as much as what we build. That belief has fueled our growth into a fully integrated outfit delivering homes, workplaces and commercial spaces across Western Canada.
South of the border, we bring that same approach to the Treasure Valley. Our Meridian office is led by Jerry Frank, a Boise General Contractor who founded one of the city’s largest firms in 1994 and led it for nearly three decades. Jerry’s work is part of the Treasure Valley’s landscape, from the Jackson Jet Center to The Terraces senior living community.
The result is local leadership backed by an established company, with proven systems and the financial strength of a team that builds like an owner, because we are one.
