Located in Rutland, 500 Asher is a multi-family development project in one of Kelowna’s key growth areas. This 1.04 acre infill development site was acquired in 2022 and has since been rezoned to the valuable Urban Centre 4 (UC4). Residents enjoy several onsite amenities including underground parking, touchless smart parcel boxes, fitness center, rooftop patio, barbecue area, as well as a community garden; all while being located a short 5-minute walk to the Rutland Transit Exchange which provides 15-minute bus access to UBCO and downtown. Construction completed in Q1 2025, and the building is now renting.
