With these ambitious goals and to support our continued growth, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Rich Threlfall to the new executive leadership role of Vice President, Development & Innovation.
Over the years Rich has been instrumental in Troika’s success with an undeniable passion for innovation and constant improvement, both of which are invaluable qualities that will continue to push Troika to be a leader in our industry. Rich’s strong leadership and directional guidance focused on Troika’s development activities paired with fostering a culture of innovation and efficient design will be imperative to the successful execution of projects within the Troika portfolio from initial concept through to completion.
