September 28, 2022: Kelowna, BC—Troika Management Corp is growing, and growth requires some change! In addition to propelling through their 20th year of business, Troika is excited to share changes to the leadership team.

Both familiar faces within the Troika Group of Companies existing leadership team, and integral to the company’s success over the years, Troika is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Klassen as CO-CEO and Mike Woodroff as Partner of Troika Management Corp.

Brad Klassen has been instrumental in the development and progression of Troika Management Corp as CFO and Partner since Troika’s early years of operation.  Starting with the company in 2007, Brad has grown from Accounting Manager through to CFO and now CO-CEO.

“Brad’s leadership has been evident since his early days with Troika. He has been a partner since 2009, and continues to be an integral aspect of leadership through the growth of the company. Brad was a natural choice for CO-CEO, to work alongside me and lead our teams with stability, accountability, and transparency,” says Renee Merrifield, CO-CEO.

Mike Woodroff first joined Troika’s construction operations at CorWest Builders as Project Manager five years ago, bringing a wealth of knowledge with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Mike not only brought experience to the team but also extraordinary leadership, character, and commitment, exemplifying the Troika values and championing success.

Mike quickly rose through the ranks, taking on the role of President of CorWest and VP of Construction for Troika.  His transition to Partner at Troika was the perfect addition to the forward momentum and vision of Troika.
