The unanimous approval by the council members paves the way for the commencement of this transformative project that will be located at 285 Dougall Rd N, 305 Dougall Rd N, and 365 McIntosh Rd adjacent to the Rutland Transit Exchange.

The rental housing development project, carefully crafted by Troika, aims to address the growing demand for quality housing in Kelowna and contribute to the city’s sustainable growth. Residents will also have easy access to public transportation. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2023.
