This position involves hiring, training, and mentoring Troika Construction field staff, overseeing quality control, maintaining daily field documentation, and assisting with scheduling and overall site operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring site safety, managing trades, organizing materials, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and proactively addressing obstacles to keep projects on schedule.

We are currently seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our Construction Team! The Safety Coordinator plays a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of our workers and subcontractors while ensuring our construction sites comply with all safety regulations.
